As a nutritional biochemist Jeannette offers expert scientific information on all areas of health, nutrition and wellness to offer changes that last.

Jeannette believes ‘Like Attracts Like’ and when you feel congested, stuck and heavy then you gravitate towards foods that match that energy i.e. craving heavy processed comfort foods. An energy/fatigue cycle can then ensue where you get caught in a trap of wanting to change but lack the energy to do so long term (energy dips at 2.30pm anyone?)

As a biochemist Jeannette specialises in helping to balance the body’s natural chemistry to eliminate cravings and unhealthy habits and eating patterns.

She says ‘Most people are aware of the type of foods that constitute a healthy diet, however when stressed, tired, or emotional our default setting kicks in and we yearn for foods that offer instant gratification. I know that people have been searching for health and wellness solutions but getting slightly lost in their quest as information often seems contradictory and confusing. At last I am able to offer concise online diet and nutrition solutions to help people reach their goals whether that is weight loss, increasing energy or balancing mood swings with the greatest of ease and maximum success’

As a busy working mum, daughter, sister, aunt, and partner; I, like the rest of us have many roles to juggle!

Taking time out to enjoy and really cherish family is a MUST and not a could or a should for me

Clients often tell me that often they’re never really there ‘in the moment’ when with family’ they may be at home physically but their head is in the office worrying about issues and problems at work or vice versa.

As part of the Stress Resilience course I teach techniques to relax, unwind and segment challenges so that you can fully enjoy and appreciate the precious time you spend with family so that even when you’re at your busiest and the quantity of hours spent together isn’t as you’d like, it’s still real quality time.

I certainly practise what I preach with my 18yrd old daughter. When I get the opportunity to spend time in her fantastic company I cherish every second!

Fantastic girlie giggles at 45yrs plus - Yes I think so!

My friends are a really important part of my life and enjoying their companionship over a bottle of delicious red wine and having a girlie catch up is divine. Health-wise it’s totally is possible to go out for delicious food and still stay healthy when you apply the 80/20 rule. I’m definitely not one for living a life of lack and calorie counting my way through life

My friends compliment all aspects of my personality; Some are deep, some are philosophical and some are bonkers! They are successful actors, lawyers, journalists, health experts, healers and mothers and when we get together we have a blast!

Research shows time and time again that laughter is the best medicine and friends help us to de-stress, unwind and get perspective back so we don’t sweat the small stuff too often

I'm a lark and definitely not an owl so I bounce out of bed singing in the morning (often much to the annoyance of significant others!)

And with such a zest for life, I like to get out and about as much as possible and therefore love the outdoors.

I love horse riding, canoeing, walking and cycling and whenever I'm away on holiday try and include some or all of these.

My other love is yoga and I practise Bikram yoga and Kundalina yoga both of which offer fantastic health benefits from totally different perspectives (you simply feel fantastic afterwards!)

I'm also interested in Buddhism and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that comes from meditation.
